Aracely was brought on in 2000 for Maria del Carmen, opposite Fernando Colunga & Helena Rojo in Abrazam Muy Fuerte. The performance she gave in 2001 in this telenovela was rewarded with the Best Actress Award from the El Heraldo de Mexico Awards. Next year she portrayed Perla, in the Mexican Telenovela starring Emilio Larrosa. The theme tune was performed by Aracely. Aracely ended her acting career for a while in 2008 so she could be the host of Todo Bebe. Aracely began her career in music with nursery rhymes, as a celebration of Cri Cri, the Mexican composer and performer of children's songs Francisco Gabilondo Soler popularly known as Cri Cri. The album she released in 2003, Solo Tuya made her a three-time finalist in the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Aracely released her album Sexy in 2005, which was produced by A.B. Quintanilla. She composed two soundtracks, including Juntos tu y yo 'and La Patrona. Aracely announced a brand new studio album back in 2014. The singer hasn't been able to release the album.
